The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a store associate at our Canton, GA location. You’ll deliver a high-quality customer experience across TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods and more, while maintaining a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising and follows procedures and standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
• Provides and accepts feedback and adheres to labor laws and policies.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
