Job summary

The role involves shifts, cash register operation, merchandising, freight, planogram execution, loading purchases, and ensuring birds’ safety. No experience required, with preference for retail, farming, or welding knowledge; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Must read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills; ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and be available for varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist with freight, merchandising, planograms, and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties as needed.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and maintenance of poultry holding tanks.
• Complete all documentation for duties performed.
