Job summary

The Marshalls store for The TJX Companies, Inc. in Wisconsin Rapids is hiring a team-oriented employee to deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will engage with customers, process purchases, and keep the store clean and organized while supporting credit and loyalty programs.

Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask, and adapt to changing directions. Previous retail experience is a plus.

• Capable of multi-tasking.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures; promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Upkeep merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety, cleanliness, and loss-prevention practices.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction and safety initiatives; perform other duties as assigned.
