Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and assist with merchandising standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Support shrink reduction goals and daily safety practices.
• Assist in other store areas as needed.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and company procedures.
