Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience in Jonesborough, Tennessee. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior customer service experience in retail or related fields. Physical stamina for lifting 30–50 lbs and standing for long periods is needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and merchandise replenishment.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks as needed.
• Keep the store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
