Homesense, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., in Totowa, NJ, seeks a team member to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and support merchandising while handling transactions accurately and upholding safety and loss prevention standards.

The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting with a flexible schedule.

Formación

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and follow procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and support merchandising standards.
• Process merchandise for the sales floor and assist in store recovery.
• Adhere to labor laws and loss prevention standards and participate in safety initiatives.
