Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Temple, TX store team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain store appearance.

You should have a high school diploma (preferred) and prior retail or customer service experience. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow and contribute to a friendly, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Must maintain a positive, respectful environment with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentable store conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
