Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions at the cash register, stocking merchandise, and keeping the store clean and presentable.

This part-time position requires excellent customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including restrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
