Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Ring purchases and returns accurately and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Support store recovery and safety, and participate in loss prevention efforts.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to achieve goals and assist in other areas as needed.
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies while maintaining a positive store culture.
