Dollar Tree, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience in our Shelby Township store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help maintain stock, cleanliness, and safety throughout the store.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions with customers and team members, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the flexibility to perform various duties as needed. This is a part-time, on-site position in Michigan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail or service industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and professional interactions
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms and floors
• Other duties as assigned
