Job summary

You’ll engage customers, promote rewards programs, and help keep the sales floor organized and safe. The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate transactions, and adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Strong communication and organization skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with customers and team.
• Ring up purchases/returns and handle payments per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization on the sales floor.
• Assist in store recovery and shrink reduction efforts.
• Support safety practices and respond to changes or issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
