The Finish Line, Inc. seeks an Associate to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Pittsburgh-area stores. You will help shape store success and growth through attentive service, teamwork, and execution of sales strategies.

Responsibilities include creating memorable shopping experiences, driving sales, managing stock and merchandising, and adhering to health and safety policies. This role requires weekends/holidays availability and a customer-first mindset.

Formación

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
