You will engage customers, support sales strategies, and participate in inventory, merchandising, and safety tasks in a fast-paced retail setting. Weekend availability and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with sales targets preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotions.
• Support daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and follow policies and safety rules.
