Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our store team and deliver a positive shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, reliable teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Previous retail or service experience is preferred, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.

• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
