Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Lewiston store to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the cash register, stock replenish, and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions on assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
• Other duties as assigned.
