The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member for Marshalls in Greenville, SC. You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, engage with shoppers, maintain an organized store, and adhere to loss prevention standards.

Cross-training across store areas may occur to support business needs. Responsibilities include accurately processing purchases, promoting credit/loyalty programs, and upholding merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and follow procedures.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety standards.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
