Job summary

Dollar Tree in Brodheadsville, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
