Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and help unload trucks while maintaining store cleanliness.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliable communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. This part-time position offers a team-oriented environment with a focus on safety and courtesy at our Berwick store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
