Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Fort Valley, GA is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and presentable.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, retail or service experience is preferred, and you must be able to lift 30–50 lbs plus stand, walk, and perform other physical duties. Benefits and growth opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30-50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Load/unload merchandise and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment with professional interactions.
