Job summary

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Uphold store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sales floor.
• Ensure store cleanliness and assist with store recovery.
• Provide feedback and adhere to labor policies.
• Support shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
