Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintain all cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and store overall.
• Provide recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives.
