Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Michigan LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience at our Dearborn Heights location. You will handle transactions, assist customers, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is suggested.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail/food/drug setting preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions and operate cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep store stocked; recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisors.
