Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every guest. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, operate the cash register, and help stock merchandise to keep the store inviting.

The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, stand and walk for long periods, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Keep the store clean, restrooms stocked, and areas neat.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
