Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and safe.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the willingness to perform various store duties, including upkeep and unloading merchandise.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walk/stand activities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
