Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Gloucester, Virginia is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist with questions, manage transactions at the register, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail or similar is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
