Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Richmond, VA to deliver a positive shopping experience at the store level. You will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain cash integrity, and keep the store clean and organized.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with opportunities to advance as part of a busy retail team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service across retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at checkout.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform general cleaning and restocking tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
