Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to create a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help maintain stock and cleanliness across the store.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, replenishing merchandise, and ensuring a safe, friendly environment for customers and colleagues. Prior retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
