Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, and overall presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
