Job summary

Dollar Tree in Holden Beach, NC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience at the store level. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain stock and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to lift and move merchandise as needed. You will work with a friendly team to ensure safety and customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to unload trucks and stock replenishment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
