Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in Holden Beach, NC. You will assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain stocking and store cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, safe cash handling, and teamwork with store leadership. Previous retail/customer service experience is preferred, with part-time scheduling available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
