Family Dollar Stores Of South Carolina LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a welcoming shopping experience at our Conway store. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help with stocking and merchandising while upholding store standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude. Part-time hours are available, with opportunities to support customers and learn retail operations in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe and friendly store environment.
