Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of South Carolina LLC in Manning, SC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions, handle transactions, and help keep the store welcoming and organized.

This part-time role requires strong communication, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a courteous, professional demeanor. You’ll work with team members to stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain clean facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
