Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store environments highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and assist with unloading trucks and replenishing shelves.
• Ensure cleanliness throughout the store; restroom upkeep; sweep and mop floors; take out trash.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
