Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, and manage sales transactions at the register.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandise recovery, unloading trucks, maintaining clean and safe areas, and upholding respectful interactions with customers and teammates. The role also requires lifting 30–50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail, service, or food/hospitality experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect assets.
• Stock and replenish merchandise; recover shelves.
• Unload trucks and stock replenish per standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
