Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Maryland to welcome customers and assist with product selection in a team-driven environment. You’ll answer questions, guide checkout, stock shelves, and ensure accurate delivery of merchandise to customers.

Daily tasks vary by department (Appliances, Hardware, Kitchen, Lumber, etc.). Strong communication, basic computer use, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are expected. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing or sitting.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist locating and handling merchandise for customers.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
