Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Loveland, CO seeks a Credit Assistant Manager to support credit and collections activities while delivering exceptional customer service in-store and in customers' homes.

You will manage daily account collections, assist customers with payments, and help with product deliveries and merchandising to maintain an inviting shopping environment. 18+ and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely following procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, organized store and Keep it clean for customers and coworkers.
