Federated Co-ops Inc. Country Store is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist shoppers with product selection and purchasing. You will stock shelves, answer questions, operate the register, and maintain a clean store environment.

The role requires delivering friendly service and supporting promotions and merchandising efforts. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of customer service and product promotion experience, strong communication, teamwork, and reliability, with the ability to handle

Qualifications

• 3–5 years customer service experience preferred.
• 3–5 years promoting products and sales preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and respond to inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Stocks shelves and merchandise displays to promote sales.
• Operates the register, processes payments, and handles bagging.
• Answers customer questions about location, price and usage of merchandise.
• Maintains store cleanliness and performs general housekeeping duties.
• Reports concerns to store management and assists with promotions.

To assist customers of the Country Store with product selection and purchasing.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.Sets up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise.Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.Check out customer at register.
