Company Description: Southpace Properties Inc, one of Alabama’s Largest Independent Commercial Real Estate Firms, is looking for an individual to support our brokerage team. The Retail Coordinator will direct the process for initiating new property listings, coordinate company marketing efforts and direct internal company events. This individual should be adept at one-to-one collaboration, comfortable operating in a self-directed environment and capable of managing small projects and processes.Candidates should possess good writing skills and be willing to learn desktop publishing software.The ideal candidate will also be highly organized, efficient, a team player and exhibit a proven ability to self-prioritize multiple projects or processes with competing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with internal team of commercial real estate brokers to build and manage property sales packages as well as client site tour materials and other informational packages
• Coordinate all company marketing efforts
• Manages relationships with third party vendors for photography, and video shoots
• Creation of content marketing for company blog posts and social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Conduct ad hoc research for properties, markets, prospects, demographics, etc. for the brokerage team
• Manage daily maintenance and updates on Southpace company website, as well as outside listing platforms.
• Coordinate agenda and presentation for weekly company sales meetings
• Assist internal team with basic I.T. issues
• Coordinate onboarding of new hires
• Direct internal company events
• Answer phone calls at reception desk from time to time when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Marketing, Communications or Business Administration is a plus)
• Graphic design knowledge with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Experience with social media platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
