As a Strategy & Planning Advisor, you will be within PNC's Retail organization, supporting the Retail Growth Strategy team.

This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion. Preferred locations include Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL & Chicago, IL.

The Retail Growth Strategy team drives results for PNC's Consumer and Small Business segments. As a Strategy & Planning Advisor on the team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below:

- Efficiently drive accelerated net client growth and activations across targeted segments for both consumer and small business
- Test channels and tactics to accelerate acquisition
- Develop/ensure multi-channel tactics are well executed to improve new-client activation
- Partnering with business segments and Marketing to cause results
- Standardize measurement & leverage use of data. Job Description

• Supports strategic initiatives to understand, analyze, recommend and deliver strategy and planning solutions.
• Supports team in providing expertise to create the definition, understanding and framing of complex business initiatives.
• Executes advanced planning, analysis, solution development and presentation for strategic initiatives. Ensures quality and accuracy of data elements relative to the initiatives.
• Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Develops and delivers structured and compelling presentations to highlight key findings and makes recommendations to key decision makers within the company.
• Collaborates with the line of business to implement recommended strategic solutions.

This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
