Roles and Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of salespeople to exceed sales targets, develop team members, and deliver exciting products to customers. Responsibilities include managing store profitability, sales, customer experience, and supervising staff. You will also be involved in community engagement and strategic planning.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maximize profits
  • Coach and develop employees
  • Hire, discipline, and evaluate staff
  • Conduct weekly training
  • Manage store operations and scheduling
  • Demonstrate leadership and coaching skills
  • Support customer transactions and role plays
  • Partner with trainers for onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Maintain high integrity standards
  • Work 45-50 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends
  • Communicate with corporate office
  • Lift up to 25 pounds as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
