Qualifications

• 7 years of accounting/financial experience required.
• Retail industry experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• QuickBooks experience is preferred.
• Hybrid/flexible travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Controller for designated retail clients.
• Advise on accounting and finance best practices.
• Mentor staff and assist in designing back-office solutions.
• Prepare and analyze client financial statements and recommendations.
• Prepare management reporting packages for Boards.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and current accounting standards.
