Job summary

Express Services California LLC is hiring for a wireless retail associate to help customers find the right devices, plans, and accessories. You will walk the floor, demonstrate features, and support customers from inquiry to post-sale service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or sales experience preferred (wireless industry a plus).

• Basic computer and POS system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Walk the sales floor to engage customers.
• Sell mobile devices, rate plans, accessories, and protection plans.
• Meet or exceed individual store sales targets (activations, upgrades, accessory attach rate, etc.).
• Demonstrate product features and educate customers on device functionality.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and carrier updates.
• Accurately process transactions, activations, upgrades, and account changes.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide post-sale support.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy.
• Perform cleaning duties for front and back of house.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Promote positive reviews on google and carrier surveys.
• Promote referrals and repeat customers.

Key Responsibilities

floor

Sell mobile devices, rate plans, accessories, and protection plans

Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets (activations, upgrades, accessory

Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and carrier updates
