My Wireless is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Lemon Grove, CA to join our AT&T Authorized National Retailer team. You will help customers choose devices and plans, deliver outstanding service, and work toward personal and team sales goals in a dynamic store setting.

Expect paid training, a strong base pay plus uncapped commission, and growth paths into management. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
