Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking a construction project professional to lead retail facility projects across PA and MD. The role requires onsite presence with travel to Gettysburg, Hanover, York, Frederick, Westminster, Hagerstown and other locations.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely occupancy and adherence to standards. The position emphasizes teamwork, cost control, and maintaining quality across multiple projects with

Qualifications

• Associate degree in construction management/engineering, architecture or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in design, fixturing, and construction of retail facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides project leadership and is primary contact for scope, budget, costs, design and construction for the life of the project.
• Manages multiple projects with interaction across internal teams and external parties.
• Monitors budgets and schedules, submits monthly reports to management.
• Develops recommendations to meet financial, marketing and merchandising objectives and manages project scopes and budgets.
