Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents (L7/8).
• Experience leading retail management and contractors through complex projects (L7/8).
• Budgeting and organizing project orders (L7/8).
• Proven supervisory/leadership and negotiation skills (L8).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage resources for a cost-effective, quality project within scope and budget.
• Prepare timely requisitions for major equipment, fixtures and supplies.
• Review architectural documents and award contracts for remodels by contractors.
• Ensure contractors perform per plans and specifications.
• Provide documentation and records throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate remodel activities to minimize sales and EBITDA loss.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; perform reviews and give feedback.
