Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the design, fixturing, and construction of retail facilities. You will coordinate with district managers, store operations, vendors, and internal departments to ensure on-time, on-budget store openings with high quality standards.

The role requires an Associate degree in construction management/engineering or related field and 1–3 years of experience. Strong scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance skills are essential.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provides project leadership and primary contact for scope, budget, costs, design, and construction throughout the project life cycle.
  • Manages multiple projects with coordination across internal departments and external parties.
  • Maintains project information, monitors budgets, and generates monthly reports for management.
  • Develops recommendations to meet financial, marketing, and merchandising objectives and manages project scope and budgets.
  • Ensures adherence to company standards and conducts plan reviews for design integrity and compliance.
