Job summary

Required: a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, and 2–4 years in real estate project management. Strong organization and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project management or related roles within real estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of project development and execution.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support in reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with vendors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project financial performance and budget records.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with project tasks.
