You will assist with budgets, schedules, risk management, and contract administration while coordinating with clients and contractors onsite. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–4 years of PM experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• 2-4 years of project management experience in real estate.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of PM principles, real estate processes, and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with budget, schedule, and quality control.
• Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors for effective communication.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support contract administration with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain project documentation and financial records.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare presentations for the project team.
