Turnberry is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support tenant improvements, capital projects, and retail construction across its portfolio. The role blends project administration, contract oversight, and light project management, serving as a hub between tenants, contractors, vendors, property management, accounting, leasing, and development teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in construction or real estate development.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in CM, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, tenant coordination, property management, or related fields.
• Experience with accounts payable, invoicing, contract administration, or project accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation and logs for active construction and tenant coordination projects.
• Track milestones, deadlines, permit approvals, possession dates, and closeout requirements.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports, agendas, and minutes.
• Coordinate communication among tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with budget reporting, cost tracking, and project forecasting activities.
• Serve as a primary contact for tenant contractors and construction inquiries.
