Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related program.
• 15+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Experience managing multi-site projects in retail/high-end retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and facility projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, clients and internal stakeholders for successful execution.
• Monitor progress, schedules, costs, quality and safety, and manage change orders.
